2. Orders

​

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • For customized cakes, details must be provided accurately at the time of order.

  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled or modified unless approved by us.

3. Pricing and Payment

​

  • Prices are listed in AED and include applicable VAT.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of order placement through cash, credit/debit cards, or online payment methods.

4. Delivery and Pick-Up

​

  • Delivery times are approximate and subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

  • Orders not collected within 6 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may be discarded, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Refund and Return Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged during delivery.

  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with supporting evidence (e.g., photos).

6. Allergens

​

  • We take care to avoid cross-contamination, but our products may contain or come into contact with allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten). Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.

7. Intellectual Property

​

  • All content on our website, including images, logos, and text, is owned by Bakery Bites Cafe and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
